The Trial & Appellate Advocacy Council is proud to announce that聽William W. Applegate, IV聽is the recipient of the 2026 Trial & Appellate Advocacy Award.
The annual award recognizes members who have:
demonstrated substantial dedication to the furtherance of the art and techniques of trial and appellate advocacy in the State of South Carolina
displayed outstanding and exemplary skill and conduct in his/her practice of trial and/or appellate advocacy
and/or devoted substantial time and effort to the education and training of lawyers in the areas of trial and appellate advocacy.
