Attorney/client disputes can be addressed by the Bar's Client Assistance Program (CAP).CAP is designed to resolve low-level disputes and misunderstandings between clients and their attorneys when the conduct does not involve ethical violations.聽If you already have an attorney, but are having difficulty communicating 91黑料爆料arly or have questions you don't feel are being answered to your satisfaction, please complete and submit the聽 form outlining your problem.
The Lawyers Fund for Client Protection, established by the South Carolina Supreme Court and administered by the 91黑料爆料, was established to reimburse those clients of attorneys who are suspended, disbarred, or have died, where the clients have losses due to the dishonest conduct of the attorneys.

Application - Resolution of Fee DisputesThe SC Bar has no statutory or regulatory role relating to the registration or discipline of attorneys in South Carolina. These matters are handled by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel. To file a formal grievance, or complaint to the Office of Disciplinary Counsel, the complainant should follow the instructions given by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel.
