The Section provides information, education and advice to our members, the general public and the S.C. Workers' Compensation Commission on matters affecting the Bar. The section serves as a resource regarding potential legislation before the General Assembly, executive branch and the S.C. Workers鈥� Compensation Commission. The council conducts six meetings each year in order to discuss section-related issues and keep members abreast of current South Carolina Workers鈥� Compensation topics. Additionally, the section sponsors educational seminars designed to improve the quality and professionalism of attorneys appearing before the S.C. Workers鈥� Compensation Commission.
