Administrative and Regulatory

Mission

The Administrative and Regulatory Law Committee promotes meaningful relationships between Bar members and tribunals of government and regulatory agencies and reviews changes in law that impact the administrative and regulatory law practice.

Committee Goals

  • Implement plans to sponsor a CLE at the 2024 SC Bar Convention.
  • Monitor, study, and make recommendations as appropriate to legislation and other public policy initiatives impacting administrative and regulatory law practice.
  • Broaden participation to include more representatives of various administrative and regulatory law entities.
  • Explore the applicability of mentoring opportunities in the area of Administrative Law.
