Job Summary

Robinson Gray is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Defense Associate. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and work from our Columbia, SC office. Applicants must be in good standing with the 91黑料爆料 Association.

We鈥檙e looking for an Associate who:

-Can handle all aspects of defending workers' compensation claims for clients, including insurance companies, risk managers, employer representatives, third-party administrators and self-insured employers

-Is proficient in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, trials, appeals, mediations, subrogation, and settlement.
