South Carolina Closing Attorneys – Flexible Legal Work with BC Law Firm, P.A.

BC Law Firm, P.A. is a multi-jurisdictional law practice, licensed in 46 states, providing comprehensive real estate and mortgage services nationwide. With growing client demand, we are expanding our attorney closing network in South Carolina and are seeking highly qualified attorneys to conduct mobile loan closings.

About the Role

As a South Carolina Closing Attorney with BC Law, you will meet clients at their preferred location—typically their home or office—to facilitate real estate closings. Responsibilities include:

• Printing, delivering, and reviewing loan documents with clients

• Ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the closing process

• Scan back signed loan package to BC Law (in some cases)

• Providing a professional, client-focused experience

We partner with many leading national title companies and mortgage lenders, offering attorneys a steady flow of work.

Requirements

To join our closing network, attorneys must provide:

• 91ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏ license

• Current Notary Public commission

• Background check

• W-9 form

• E&O insurance

• Driver’s license

• Profile photo

• Signed Agent Service Agreement
