We’re a fast-growing plaintiff’s injury firm known for systems, training, and a client-first culture. We try hard cases, we invest in experts, and we treat people—clients and teammates—the right way.
What you’ll do
Own a 100+ mixed docket (pre-lit & lit) focused on premises liability (slip/trip/fall, negligent maintenance, code/standards violations).
Assess liability at intake: rapidly evaluate notice, inspection/91ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏaning protocols, mode-of-operation, spoliation risk, and comparative fault; set an investigation plan.
Direct investigations: coordinate site inspections, time-stamped photo/video capture, incident reports, witness interviews, and preservation letters.
Work with experts: human factors, building codes, retail/restaurant safety, biomechanics, and life-care planning; frame issues early for mediation and trial.
Litigate end-to-end: pleadings, written discovery, depos (PMK/PMQ, managers, employees, contractors), Daubert/Rule 702 strategy, mediation, and trial support.
Motion practice: brief, argue, and win summary-judgment battles and key evidentiary motions.
Negotiate & resolve: policy-limit demands where appropriate; structure settlements mindful of liens and client goals.
Lead the team: partner with paralegals, intake, and ops to move cases with urgency; track KPIs and hit cy91ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏ-time targets.
What we’re looking for
2–5 years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff PI preferred; defense considered if you’re ready to switch sides).
Demonstrated success briefing/arguing MSJ and key pretrial motions.
Comfort running a high-volume docket without dropping balls; you know when to escalate.
Evidence instincts: you understand notice, prior incidents, inspection logs, store policies, and video retention—and how to get them.
Strong writing, 91ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏan records, professional bedside manner, and genuinely kind—you like helping people.
Licensed (or eligible) in South Carolina; additional bars a plus. Jury trial experience is a plus.
What we offer
Aggressive compensation with uncapped upside, tied to results. The Better the Result for the client, the more you will earn.
Unlimited time off, paid holidays.
Company retirement plan (current plan with company contribution/match).
Health, dental, vision, CLEs, bar dues, expert/trial budgets.
Real training and dashboards—manage by report, not chaos.
A team that’s hungry, humble, and smart.
