Litigation Associate 鈥� Charleston and Spartanburg, South Carolina:
Wilkes Atkinson & Joyner, LLC, seeks an associate attorney, primarily practicing in the areas of premises liability, construction defect, complex litigation, professional malpractice defense, and other insurance defense matters. Work may also include coverage analysis and appellate practice. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, with recognition of judicial 91黑料爆料rkship or litigation experience, including service in a Solicitor鈥檚 or Public Defender鈥檚 office. Applicant must excel in critical thinking, writing, and communication, as well as analysis of issues in complex litigation.
