Candidate will be responsible for assisting with all phases of litigation, to include but not be limited to opening files, drafting discovery and pleadings, assisting with mediation and trial, scheduling, and billing.
Requirements
Education: Associate's degree or higher preferred.
Experience: Must have experience with insurance defense litigation
